Baltimore Crossroads is a 1,000 acre mixed use community located in eastern Baltimore County.

Located less than 3 miles from I-95, the site offers superior accessibility for the variety of office, retail and industrial uses now being developed.

Doug Schmidt oversaw the development of the first phase of the project known as Area 8. Three industrial buildings totaling 212,000 SF were constructed in 2007.

Frontage on White Marsh Blvd, the project is home to numerous small businesses including BGE Home headquarters.
