Kin comes to Workshop Development with a wealth of experience from high profile companies such as B.F. Saul and Jones Lang LaSalle. Thorough out the years Kin’s accounting skills developed to encompass a mix of client portfolios that included retail, industrial and office building property management accounting. Kin is a 1994 graduate of the University of Baltimore with a concentration in accounting. From Kin’s first day as Senior Executive Account at Workshop Development he proved himself to be a valuable asset to the company by constantly demonstrating on a day to day basis his skills to handle all aspects of property accounting & reporting while working with various hi-profile investors on managing portfolios

When Kin can break himself away from work, he enjoys spending time with family and is an avid fan of taking vacation cruises that allow him to experience many different places and cultures.
